    it is true that there is a changing atmosphere and interaction between listening and engagement. I am thrilled with the use of social media in the workplace. I have been following the debate closely. The balance of productivity and working like employees live is a tricky one with social media. Blog, blog, blog or block, block, block???     Hi. I would like to see some statistics on this. So far research shows that most people are observers and don’t quite interact or contribute. So not sure how to engage those people.
