As hurricanes and earthquakes knock on the door of the Eastern Seaboard it's nice to know someone is thinking about how we can keep communications flowing. This is pretty great software. It's a piece of software that you install on your PC that turns it into a network node. From there you just next proximity to other similarly equipped computers to communicate.
